This seems to just be a weird file-overwrite splicing of
satou123's 1.11 MTL and some of the files from the 1.08 translation. It even says 1.08 for the window title... I went through the file comparisons, and see deleted lines of code and inconsistent values all over the place. I'm fairly certain that you're not gonna get the new content with this version, and if you do, it's gonna be a buggy mess anyway.
I tried making a legitimate patch by cherry-picking the code/script differences between
satou123's version and the /hgg2d/ version, but changing the scenario.json proved to be too laggy for my computer, so I wasn't able to do it in the end. :/
It would probably be best to just play the version directly off of /hgg2d/. It is 1.08, but the translation is really good. Not sure if it's manual, or edited MTL, but it is good nonetheless. It also has translated images.
If you REALLY want to play 1.11, I recommend you play the non-butchered version

here, since it is ACTUALLY a translation of 1.11, and will have the new content. That being said, it has terrible word wrapping and no image translations. I also wouldn't be surprised if there are bugs, since it is an MTL that may not have been edited.
tl;dr play the /hgg2d/ version

EDIT: If anyone has both the raw 1.08 and raw 1.11, I can probably make a proper patch, since it would be very easy to find the version differences in that case. I doubt anyone has them, though...
