Figured it was time to see how AnimeMonolith edits his MTLs, combined with the fact that I haven't looked up any H with twins in quite a while, I landed here.

Which gets us to the first bit. The edited MTL. Unlike... MANY other examples of edited MTL I've seen around this site (I'm especially looking at you destroyers of games, shysaye and broken_division...), this thing is passable, particularly for an Appetite VN that doesn't have much in the way of story to begin with. For the most part, it reads like English, though there's still some mistakes and weird choices of words here and there, plus some instances where some things should have used different tenses or whatnot. There are also some spelling mistakes on account of the edits, but overall, I've seen significantly worse work being passed as "edited MTL". Here, it's pretty obvious that there's been real effort put in so we don't end up with aneurysm inducing poetry.

It'd likely need more work if it was a VN with more complex story and world-building, though how much of it, I couldn't say since I don't know what the MTL base was for this.

As for what the VN itself is, well, the description covers most of it tbh. Guy gets new twin step-sisters, they get lusty for him, get in his pants and convince him that fucking a pair of twins is totally a good deal to get into. The only surprise of sorts is the fact that the two share senses, so when one gets fucked, the other feels it too and both end up cumming together. However, that isn't played out all that much or in particularly interesting ways. You'd need a longer, more developed VN for that.

Beyond that, the story has two endings, though the second one and the small variations to get to it don't make much sense and they've clearly just been added to pad things out a bit. The main and likely actually intended story comes via accurately identifying which twin is talking to the MC when they ask him about it three times. It's easy, because Kaho has an ahoge, while Miori doesn't, so there's no reason why the player can mistake them. If you do that, the two reveal that the reason why they love the MC is partly because he can easily tell them apart where even their own mother can't do it, and to them that's a huge deal. The story then goes on to the three of them moving out to live together and ends with the pregnant twins getting the MC off with their child filled bellies.

The other story path, where the MC doesn't recognize which twin he's talking too, doesn't make much sense, and the story is more tame either. It's entirely half-assed, and as I said, feels like padding.

All in all though, if you like the art and you want some twin action, this isn't a bad way to waste some time. The wishy-washy MC isn't great, but he's not the worst I've seen out there either. The MTL, at the time of writing this post, was indeed edited, and it's passable, though perhaps we'll get a better translation in the future. Appetite has been getting quite a few of their games on Steam after all...
