Everything not in compliance with Patreon rules, so i'd guess between 50 and 90% of the game content

If you don't play the gay/trans or MMF sharing routes, probably closer to 90%

I don't like dream sequences, for me they are a waste of time and resources the developer could be using to advance the game story, the relationship between the main characters.

Saves are loading fine.

There is however a new attribute or currency having something to do with the CADE corruption of the MC. This doesn't seem to register in the MC's character info.

Then again, none of the new NPCs even have an entry in the contacts menu either.

Ah yes. Because RenPy is so famous for playing nice with animations, interactive screens, or complex stat calculations in the background.
