A delay from 17th March to 28th April is actually pretty good for the standard WEG dev. Hope the content is going to be good.

If I remember well, it's a long process in months. You have to make them accept a lot ideas, feed them hormones daily, place them in smaller and smaller chastity cages and finally castrate them. Though, I'm not very sure, if all these are necessary. Personally, I don't like to castrate my pets. I want them needy and ready to obey me in every command, just by hoping for a release.
I don't think it is possible to actually get this achievement to trigger in the current state of the game. The achievement system right now is extremely buggy in my experience.

As far as I remember you don't need to castrate them you only need them to accept the idea

Maybe my PC can't run Unreal Engine games.
the ue4 game has crashed and will close
fatal error

I may have some more ideas:
Try to download the sissy version in the itchio page to check if this version is working.
For this one, be careful (double check, double validate): open the search bar (it's next to the shut down button) and type %Localappdata% . Press enter. Alternative you can visit the C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local. It will open your local application data folder. Search for USS. Delete USS and try the game again.
Use a virtual machine. It's kinda advanced thing to do and it may be not suitable for you.
What OS and graphic card do you have? I suppose you already tried my suggestions.

Nah, probably a month. Look at the ideas system..the most time-wasting part of that is the sex minigame which takes a fair bit of time and is a bit boring.

I do hope that, when the game finally releases on April 28th, it has more features than at first promised, to make the wait more worth it. But, I guess time will tell on that.

I may not remember well. I only remember that I had to wait and wait between the sissy getting smaller and smaller chastity cages.
I downloaded this game 2 times but I didn't understand what to do in both of them, so at the end can we make sissy interact with someone or not?
You can have sex with them yourself by meeting them in a hotel room or putting them in your dungeon. You can also whore them out behind the scenes by putting them to work in your brothel.
I did the character creation but I can't figure out what to do next, there is no play or start button
?
