Nope since both dll methods use bepinex which is not compatible with android. And my table for windows (yet, I didnt test ceserver with android resp. the one time I tried I couldnt get ceserver to work). Though a direct mod to the most important part would use the same methods. But: You'd have to do it for every update. If you did play before you need to backup saves as you will need to uninstall/reinstall except you have some ignore signature mod.
You did use paw_beans cheat? You might want to use a updated version with 72 or eugines (if the current one works but I believe so given the date) or my table.
This has been asked many times (pls use search). It does not make much sense, as: There are many one-time only events and there is no gallery. Every playthough is a bit different. Of course you can change looks, you can change perks etc ..... but till you are able to change all that you might just be better of to play anew and cheat your way up. Because one thing you cant change and that is background - and since you dont give any details on what you even want .....

Their is no grind in the game if you think their is then you just don't know how the game works.
Starting background and trait points (which can be assigned from character creation) can give you what ever you where going to have to grind for.

The only one I see is "bepinex/config/bepinex.cfg" and that contains nothing about key maps. No other file was generated when I ran the game. Hitting F1 just CTD.
