Isn`t that obvious? Because those assets aren`t made by the guy himself but stolen from some other japanese visual novel... You don`t have to be sherlock holmes to realize that.

Aah, the mosaic in this makes me remember the very early days when I played Quake on my Pentium 75, no gfx card, 320*240 resolution etc. and it STILL looked less blocky than the mosaic in this one.
