No, there isn't any difference between the art or the pace of the story. It only changes the dialogue

Nevermind. I was completely misunderstanding what was going on with this game. There is a version of this game that is completed https://thef95zone.info/threads/urban-demons-v1-1-beta-nergal.3296/ and its by the same developer as this one, Nergal. At first i thought it was was wootch back at his tricks again but since its not im going to pay attention to this game and try it out.

The original story was that a dev called wootch, created the first urban demons but kept disappearing randomly and people thought he was just taking their money without producing a game. Nergal stepped in and made the completed one that i linked earlier. Didn't realise he was coming back to remake Urban demons.
