The sex scenes don't change, just the dialogue and the way you interact with the characters.
The changelog says that Amos and Kim received new routes. Does anyone know how to access them?

Yes, it means that. Now everyone receives the option instead of going corruption.
For anyone having issues while extracting the game... I used 7zip instead of winrar and everything works perfectly
