What would you like me to add to the game in the next update?

  • The connection (police) mechanic. This would be a new "currency" and a new batch of upgrades.

  • More events and the possiblity for the packmakers to add some in their packs.

  • The possbility to train the skills of the girls

  • Progress the story and add story missions (mostly focused on Nicole)

  • Something else (tell me either by PM or in this thread).

I got it to work perfectly on Linux by running it with Protontricks launcher. Just had to spend 4 days converting all mp4 vids to webm as mp4 doesn't work on linux :D About 24000 clips :s
Is that one of the reasons that some guys create packs using webm format? I always have issues getting those to play on Windows and strongly prefer MP4 for the opposite reasons.

I think when I started making clips in webm, one of the reasons was because I got the impression from the discussion here that webm was the one that worked for all platforms (I think mp4 might be a problem for Mac as well as Linux). I think webm might be smaller file sizes too, but it's been so long now that I don't even fully remember my reasoning.

I think that's what I've been told. But as a Windows user, it does seem to have a tendency to not work for me, and beyond that the video quality usually sucks. I totally get that those who use other systems need to go with what works for them though.

My understanding is that the .webm problem on Windows, is that Unity doesn't support V9 webm files. If you have trouble with a pack's webm files, if you have access to a converter that reads v9 and can output v8, you can fix it.

My problem is that there doesn't seem to be a free converter I can get running on my machine... But I haven't really spent much time at it, because it's not that big a problem for me.

That makes sense. For me, they sometimes don't play at all within the game, but do outside of it. Other times, its this really weird blurry effect, like there's a wet pane of glass in front of the video that distorts it. Either way, they're generally lower quality to my eyes. And that's been the same on the Windows 10 laptop I used to have and the Win 11 one I currently do.

Maybe you know this one already but I've used for some packs and did work perfectly. Maybe can be helpful for someone...

I never had issues with packs on Win 10 , no matter what format and I'm running like 250 packs. But switched to Linux recently and when I decided to try the game again, MP4 doesn't play in game at all. Done now but it took about 4x24 hours to convert it all. Things you do for this beloved game :D
