About the "refuse" part, the first thing is to work with the mods not against them. If they didn't realise there were NTR content, you could tell them which choices led to those scenes and describe why you think those scenes were NTR. Then you give them time to review the game and add the tag. There are so many games on the site and mods don't magically knows all the content right away.

As for the "predict" part, we cant. Its unfortunate but I don't think its anyone's fault. Good thing is this doesn't happen often.

Back to this game, I remember there used to be non con scenes (with warning). I think those should be considered NTR but its was a long time ago I could be wrong, or maybe the dev removed those scenes? I'm not going to replay the whole thing again until season 1 full release.

They have literally been reported that the game has ntr, in the genre section it says "ntr", and yet they don't put the tag, so it's not "against them", they just don't care, the same thing happened in games like "life with pleasure" (literally years of reports passed before they removed it), "Superpowered", or "Dreams of desire" those tags are reported to them but they don't do it to remove or add them.

The game is great overall, but the auto camera angle changes during lewd scenes really ruin the moment for me. I’d rather have full control to pause or switch angles when I want instead of it moving on its own. I get that it’s meant to look cinematic, but it just feels distracting. Anyone else feel the same?

I am completely up to date to the latest episode and I can safely say that the game doesn't have NTR if you don't go looking for it. If you actively try to cuck yourself, there may be NTR.

tl;dr: though the f95 zone tag applies and there may be sensitive topics, I don't think it would be thematically on brand to call it NTR.

Just because it hasn't been updated here in a long time doesn't mean the game hasn't been updated. They have been consistently updating the game if you checked their Patreon.
