The "reclaiming" fetish is usually for narcisistic men who just want to feel superior, and usually isn't heavily associated with cuckold, more with sharing. As I understand it, the game does not give an option not to be a cuck? If so, then it's a big disappointment, the art is good.
The whole point of the game is the NTS so no, there isn't an option to not be a cuck
