Not sure how it happens, but I think it's when you're in another menu and hit the Esc key it takes you straight to the hospital. Wouldn't be a problem if I could figure out how to load a save I made manually (how?) but it IS a problem when it happens and I lose the half million dollars I had and it auto saves mid nurse fuck so I can't reload a save and get the money back.

oh that suck that the dev kinda deleted the scales option and many others things i think. That was super cool thing why all the sudden deleted or smth? i liked it those cool stuff :c
I think they are getting reworked for the new skin system. The furry girl option is missing still unfortunately but probably also being reworked.
The new system is far superior at least.

Hello dev, I've found that in some of the animations the character's dicks are bent upward, which makes it a little odd for me. Could you make it an option to keep them straight all the time?

With the new building around interactions on the windows with and without npc s.. Some trees could have interactions on them. like an npc next to them to use it as support and other for solo stuff. i was thinking against-the-wall stuff but then i found this one and lol
