does the skill for switch to breasts yes-no works? after used the boobs potion, now mc is always with boobs, and the skill to change that seems not working

What skill do you mean ? To get rid of the boobs, you need to concoct and imbibe a Reducto potion, or go to the cheat room.

Do you mean the cleavage switch? (That's the only "switch" in the game I'm aware of)
All that does is adjust the image of the MC to display his breasts or not to display his breasts.
As PBS666 mentioned, the way to undo the Boobs potion i to make the Reducio potion or to use the cheat room. i.e. a potion gives boobs, and a potion removes them.
Now a part of me wants to give Jaina the reductio potion so she and Rose have similar sized chests. (I believe only the MC and Eric are implemented for the Reducio potion, I haven't tried it with anyone else that can join the party.)
Sure a grind wall that generally either give you gold which you can use to buy potions, food, and other items or a sex scene. Like the only relationship "grind" I had issue is Agnieszka (gilf) because I had to go look for that dame goat.
The rest either had some sort of h scene or reward that benefitted me.
Not to mention, getting to the first h scene on most characters isn't hard because it's only like 50 or something and a lot of interaction give 5 or more points if memory serves. I don't really remember but I know I have over 200 on multiple characters because I keep going back for the h scenes they're in
You don't get it, do you? Ok, my last attempt to explain the obvious:
Case_1: Relationship development
In the beginning MC is adressed like:
"hey, clownie! Whay ar u up to today? how about to clean my boots instead of trying to blow up your pants with magic?"
after some quests done with that NPC and some adventures together and +1 in"relationship":
"Oh...hey, uh... Krowly. How are you? You know, I just wanted to say... I'm sorry. I've treated you so bad. You know, I didn't mean that really..."
after some more adventures and some more +1 in"relationship":
"Hey, Krowly, up to your magic tricks again? That time when Eric started cumming during sermon was hilarious! Can you cast a spell like that on... What? Me? Oh, come on! you don't need a spell for that really. Here, let me show you..."
Case_2: Grind wall
Do something again and again to get +1 to "relationship" and unlock the next scene. No additional changes made.
Did I draw some art for case 1? No. Maybe made some movie? No. I just write new text. Just. A. Text. Does it require to make a new quests? Not really, just "relationship" stat checks ad a few new lines of text.
If case1 and case2 is the same for you, then I'm afraid, I did everything I could.
Your example for relationship development is just wrong. Sure dialogue doesn't really change when get the option to talk, flirt and whatever but by grinding relationships you get more h scenes with those individuals and some lead to the unlocking of quests which usually end with an h scene. Example, Alice. She starts as just a friend, then you can grind up relationships and get her to blow you well helping her with laundry, countine helping her out and dancing with her during evenings and you can spend the night at her house (which I believe leads to anal, haven't done that in a while). Another example, Fina just let's you help her with paper work which later elts you get a blow Job for good work, then later you give her with her "morning workout" and later assuming your relationship is high with astra help astra practice her oral skill with her. Also, you need a certain amount of relationship to unlock the waterfall scene which is need for the elf bath, which is need for the hot spring quest. You also need the waterfall scene to unlock the lightning spell because see her use that spell inspires Krowly to study it
Secondly, you aren't the main character. You play Krowly. Right hand man of the "Hero". You're playing the competent side kick who doesn't take credit or ask for thanks.
I see just ignoring the examples listened for relationship development and taking snipets out of context like that proves your argument that the game has no character development
But you know someone becoming more open to someone sexually doesn't count I guess.
