I think I will add an adopted sister at home since 46% want that but after adding more content to MF. if you are looking for lesbian routes, there are Elisa, Christine and in the future Jennifer. Also there are lesbian events in the pool and the club and the routes have romantic stories not just throwing scenes.

I am designing different reactions even for the same person. For example, if Emma get knocked by Alex before comforting Elisa about their relationship, the reaction will be different. But I am still not sure about having kids and the policy about it for a NSFW game. I think It might be safe to create a fictional scenario but I need to ask around though.

the way around having babies is ai generated baby in a crib or being held, there is a game out i cant remember the name of it but the women do give birth but there is no interactions available for the crib and every so often you would have a convo about the babies needs but its only text no items or anything

You could also do like if you decide to have the baby after pregnancy, they will be sent to a daycare of some sort that handles just born babies
