Games like this dont need a meaningful story or cheracter development because its all about MC baning as much female cheracters as possible their is no realism so i really dont understand why developer like him or become a rockstar or beaing a dik put so much time in looking for good songs, and story because they dont need that in a harem game as far as I understand where it all began is more about realism ,meaning full choices male cheracters that act like male cheracters not every women acts like a pornstar/puppet to satisfy MCS needs they act complet different as far as i understand oceans vision so that is on a other level in terms of binding with a cheracter and story progressen(which you can never achive with 8 or 9 chapters with the current size of updates ) because MALE and FEMALE cheracters need to feel like real humans which is not the case in the games you mentioned.

Clearly You have never played leap of faith before because just Cece alone is probably the most realistic character in all of AVNs. The shit that girl goes through is real af. I once had a friend who was exactly like her and like Cece she also tried to commit suicide, unfortunately my friend didn't survive like Cece did. But anyways If you wanna base realistic on whether a female character throws herself at the MC or not, cool. I get you, that's not realistic(especially if the MC is not rich or attractive) but sadly that happens in pretty much 99% of AVNs especially when romance is its main focus. But you seriously can't say Leap of faith doesn't handle its characters well and make em feel real outside of "throwing themselves at the MC". They all have problems they're facing or shit they're going through that makes em feel real,they arent just there for the MC to fuck.
Now with that said, a game really worth complaining about is that retarded college game where the MC is the only male on campus and literally the entire college, faculty included wants to fuck him. I think the MC is a basketball player or some shit... I can't remember I played it a fuck while back. But there was barely any story, literally just girls throwing themselves at the MC around every corner.. And yes the other male in the game was a closeted homosexual and I think at some point you fuck his gf as well(not sure didn't play that far but it's pretty obvious) . Anyways the game sucks and its really just a fap fest. That's my point.

Well said. Another reason the characters and relationships in LoF are far more realistic than 99% of the games on here is due to two things. First, the developer is older than your average author. More life experience equals more nuance. Secondly, his own daughter committed suicide. My father used to say that grass doesn't grow on the mountain tops, it grows in the valleys. That's where we learn most in life.

Wish there was a way to have POV mods. I personally enjoyed this game more when the character's journey was thru his eyes and not in a third person shot

After playing the latest SG update, I just had to pop by here and show some love for the dev's other masterpiece!
I cannot wait for the next update on this one as well. It's hard to go back to other games on here after playing Oceanlab's updates.

It would be nice if he got help (at least the artistic side) so he could really focus and accelerate development. His work is definitely enjoyable.

he is going to release SG on Steam after completing chapter 5 that is season 1 or maybe half , similarly WIAB too after chapter 5 chap3 for WIAB
and then he'll switch to blender and get help from freelancers... blender switch after season 1

SG will go to steam after ch 5, but as a half-season. Seasons for both games will have 10 chapters. So, only after chapter 10 he will switch to blender. And WiAB is planned to go to steam after ch. 3 last time ocean talk about that.

yeah lipe2410 clarified that in the previous post. I thought since we are getting half a chapter in each SG update, Ocean would change his earlier plans.

No its not completed...i think if Dev is keeping on doing such high quality it will take a long time until finished.
This game is a reboot of an older version which is more advanced in story already but less quality renders and staging.

The Dev once stated that he will use storyline from old version but will improve/modify and add here and there some

Overall story arch will be similar but many of the plot points will be different. There are already new characters in the reworked Ch1 that were never mentioned let alone appear in the original work.

the difference between the original and reboot is amazing. and just from chapter to chapter of old u can see in the last chapter of old version amazing animations. just replayed old version and then played reboot. damn... good stuff.
