Do I need to first Install the Incest rewrite from XanusR or its alrdy included in this mod?

XanusR's mod hasn't been updated yet so preferably don't install that? And it (most likely) isn't included in Murray's mod.

My Mod is based on XanusR's so installing my Mod (always talking about the original game Ep.1-24) automatically installs XanusR's incest mode.
The correct way to use my all-routes-opened, see-all-scenes Mod is to install the game first, then my Mod. This in turn installs XanusR's modified incest mod dialogs.
If you install the game, then XanusR's incest mode and finally my all-routes-opened Mod what you're actually doing is stepping on XanusR's incest mode but since it's the same as my Mod you'll see everything the same.
If you install the game, then my Mod and finally XanusR's incest mode you'll step on my Mod and loose the all-routes-opened, see-all-scenes experience. But XanusR's incest mode has a WT Mod that gives you help with character stats. It may be useful to you but you have to keep in mind that it's not an all-routes-opened Mod.
I'm developing a remake of my Mod based on the original non-incest game script. It's taking me a little longer than planned as I'm taking advantage of the opportunity to give my Mod a more modern touch, since Mods and Modders evolve, even though it may seem untrue.

The non-incest variation of the mod is currently being finalized. It's a very long game, and the mod had to be reworked, but I'm very happy with the result.

I'm doing a complete code overhaul of the mod, plus some fixes to the original script, but it's a slow process since I prioritize mod updates for unfinished games. I'm fixing and testing at the same time, and I'm currently on Episode 19 of 24.
