Why the F would you keep supporting a dev that abandoned his project?

It's just like the people who stop watching Netflix, Hulu, etc, and forget, and don't check their credit card/bank statements. Since they do auto-renew, and you have to manually cancel, that's how they get you, and that is what lots and lots of abandoned games are still getting money as people forget.
He blew MC's f*cking head off, that sounded more like a F you to the community, after that he didn't post anymore either...

You'd be surprised by how many people sub to one or two things and move on while forgetting about it.
Another possibility is that you just discovered the game and wanted to thank the creator a little. I would not stay a member for long, but just saying thank you for 2 months could be considered.

Yes, that is what is supposed to be, it was mark as abanonded earlier.
Nothing says completed or abandon more than blowing of MC's head.
Not sure how he will continue that one, of course letting him wake up it was only a dream, would be one way...

Well the cube is kind of mysterious and weird so they could be in a virtual reality without them knowing it and the head could've been blown just in the virtual reality, not in the real world.
