Hello everyone!
Dev log time! I hope you all had an amazing month. I'm gonna keep this short as I've not much to say, and I'm in the middle of writing the script as we speak.
As of right now, chapter 3 is currently at 7.8k words with 315 images. Sadly, I couldn't meet the 10k target I set for myself 2 weeks ago, as I hit a wall(writer's block). that took me a couple days to get over. And it's been back to smooth sailing since.
I'm hoping I'll be able to pick up the pace as my progress with chapter 3 hasn't been as quick as I want it to be. At least, compared to chapter 2, it's a bit slow. If I'm to gauge this now, I'd say chapter 3 should be around 20% done.
I'll be sending the sneak peeks very soon. I'll try to do so within the week as soon as I finish rendering the rest of the script, so look forward to that

The intro should have a warning for the girls being infuriating instead of the MC being a dick; telling you to give them a chance as opposed to the MC. I'd be annoyed too, given the circumstances. The MC is giving them the same attitude they're giving him, and they're shocked about it lol. I'm early into the game, but the dude is practically a floor mat until the tilting point.
I'm honestly at a loss as to why the MC is beating himself up over the way "he is." Is it normal in this world to get hit with someone being rude or getting played with and not expect some irritation or anger?

Just finished 2nd chapter and in some case, i can agree with you. But to be completely honest the only bitch girl is Fiona. And that is only at the start.
The story quite fast skip the moment when MC is a complete asshole. Tell the player why he became like this.
When i started playing i was afraid that it would be ctrl-c + v from Summers Gone but fortunately it wasn't like it.

I mean out at one point he goes to smack a girl half his size, who was the only one who even bothered with him, because she was being slightly bitchy
The writing isn't perfect, the girls can be irritating, but they also turn down volleyball multiple times and he doesn't take the hint, yeah they're gonna get annoyed

Not multiple times from the MC's perspective. In nearly all the first meetings, with him now looking for the members of the roster he was given, a lot of the girls just came off bitchy from the start. Fiona, Saki, and the Dean's daughter were irritating and rude. I don't know, perhaps I'm of the mindset that you can't throw shit and not expect to get it thrown back.
Nevertheless, the MC does have problems when he takes it too far, and that, given his new role and situation, he unfortunately needs to suck it up and push forward. But the reasons for his frustrations are not entirely unfounded, the girls ARE hard to work with.

I posted something very similar a while back and got jumped for it, but they really did just come out swinging in a lot of situations where any normal human being just wouldn't have done so.
They're all supposedly college aged, yet someone like Eve for example apparently doesn't know that janking someone around and teasing them might annoy certain people?
Or that Zoey, not knowing why her 'hero' stopped playing volleyball, INSTANTLY goes for the throat and goes "you seem pretty weakhearted to quit after just one loss" etc. The girls ARE more infuriating than the MC in nearly every situation besides maybe Lexi, since she isn't maliciously yanking him about, she's just ditzy as fuck and cruising for cock more than anything else.
Even with chapter 2 now being done, the only one that kinda came close to apologizing for how she acted was Eve (atleast IIRC she mentioned something about how her teasing isn't everyones type of deal or something), the rest are just ignoring it entirely and having MC apologize twenty times over, bending backwards, doing a backflip through 17 hoolahoops just to get them to set foot on a court they technically signed up for.
This game does a lot of things well, from scene framing to pace, but man the initial writing for the girls are just so ridiculously rough. I'm a calm individual that tends to be forgiving but even I basically just went "wow, fuck that" for a lot of them.
I'm hella interested to see how OP is going to dig Fiona out of the hole and potentially try to turn her into an LI, because as it stands right now, it looks outright impossible.

I must agree. Although everyone has their own issues, it is absurd to think that the MC must apologize for not understanding the girls' perspectives while they don't understand his. My biggest gripe is the way he beats himself over what most people would not give the time of day for.
And the warning at the beginning of the game stating to give the MC a chance most definitely caught me at a surprise as the game presented the girls for the first times. But I of course still anticipate future updates, this is still a solid game nevertheless.

Despite that the MC and the girls can be annoying sometimes except Desiree, i still find this AVN in general good and decent in comparison to over 80% of the other games from this site especially is a HS game which is my favorite as i cant stand the gremlin faces from DAZ model most the times.
