That's the Patreon version, I couldn't find it on itch.io, not by searching for it, under Witch Potions..... Patreon has a DL link for what you posted. Although the dev says there's tons of bugs. There's also a page on Steam.
Just making sure, do you put the potion on table or give it directly to customer?
Yes click on customer, and not the table. Okay fine. Weird, but okay. However it's still randomly locking E, restart the game. No save points but auto's. Moving past all of that. I cannot progress. The torn parchment pages don't add into the book, from the girl, and from the vendor. No new recipes, Just the 4. 2 cannot be made no thistle. I've waited for the herb seller x5, he's giving a bunch of other herbs, and a recipe. But the new recipes aren't gained despite the torn recipe parchment pages disappearing. So it's restart and load for either the strength or healing potions. What happens? Nothing. So it shows a bunch of scenes, in its menus, but you're stuck playing a demo that gets stuck every few minutes anyway. The menu's lock, stay on the screen, chest and recipe, and the E action button freezes. All you're doing is restarting the game, constantly, to make two recipes. I collected 500 gold. The torn pages didn't add. Then I deleted this bug fest after talking and trying various things.

It does say on the Patreon, it was getting put on Itch.io. I couldn't find it when I searched on itch.io nothing came up under Witch Potions. In any event it's the same version as the Patreon, and it has more herbs than this version. It's also more stable. But it still has all the same errors.

The recipe, as in you pull up the recipe, what do I need to put into the pot, exactly as it's detailed in the recipe, a recipe appears, it's often on the righthand side of the screen. It has an enter icon to cancel it. Except it can get stuck, softlocked onto the screen. Like if you opened the trunk with the empty potion vials in. It resets on a restart and seemingly changes daily. It can also get softlocked, the x icon to cancel it gets stuck and it will remain on the screen. Like the E button being softlocked and not working.
Please read above I made edits for my response and in then there are some answers to some bugs. That is why I prefer direct messages then forums. I tend to send messages with what I think is most important first then I realize oh I should have said that too.
No saves. There is no save feature. So when I delete the version as explained, the autosave is wiped, it cannot use the continue feature. The game is a new game from the latest version installed. There is no save feature. There is a hardcoded autosave that works by exiting and restarting via continue.
When I say new save I mean choose new game instead of continue since continue loads the auto save. Since the game is Unity I am pretty sure the save is not on the game folder but is a entry on the registry of windows so when you delete the folder and choose continue you are not on fresh save.
About the no AI tag. Here are my opinions about it.
Thank you very much. I tried it too but my understanding of unity is very bad I used dnspy on assembly csharp and melonload unity with unity explorer and was unable to find them.
Not pointless for me. It is indeed pointless If people are playing the version on the OP which is 0.1. That is unplayable and a bug mess but the second version on itch.io is playable.
