Games nowadays always like this.Nothing excite me like used to.They either abandon or remake without adding content.I understand that there is no new content.
Man I don't know what happened behind the people who made this game. I think the first one that started everything was this guy Vilkas Creative. And I think something happened to him around the middle of last year and he's stop making LoP and LiL, stop posting on Patreon etc. Then there's an announcement talking about LiL and WoS taken over by the RWA Studios team, suddenly they change the art style into something very generic, you can clearly see that almost every model looks similar, they look very unique before. I think there's a conflict inside the team or something like that.
That aside, if you guys realised, I think they messed up the dialogue since the 0.6.1 update. If you look at Monica last two "scene" with MC (boutique and pool) they suddenly talk like what.. a morphinist or something. It's as if they're using AI for those dialogues, I think everything was all right in 0.6.0, why do they need to change it into that. smh

Look at Monica's boutique and pool dialogue, cringe overload, it was okay before.

This game used to have a different name, but they downgraded hard (story wise). Now the maid it's just a roommate instead of a mother (because of fucking patreon) and they even removed one of the paths as well. What a shame, because before the rework we had a great scene with the mother and Monica at the clothing shop that I couldn't wait for the continuation.
The dev says they listen to feedback, but I don't think they do, because everyone was up in arms about Anna not being the mother anymore and they complete ignored that, they actually went out of their way by including a cutscene with the father earlier in the game that doesn't even leave room for a fan patch.
I still come back to this thread every update in hope they brought back the incest, but I'm leaving disappointed again.

I recommend reading this interview from their Patreon page to better understand their workflow, the reasons for many changes and problems, and their plans going forward.

I did play a few versions before the rework, but did not remember anything, and in the current rework, the story of MC from nun to that house did not make any sense.
Also, that Monica intro with the Wedding photo and Anna moving in later on, heck, the same room! In that big house! Nothing made sense. Since it is now moving to a revenge story, they have not even introduced anything that makes sense why MC is going down that path!
Only the renders are good in this game. Story wise it is meh!

If thats the improved version I don't wanna now how much brainrot the dialogue gave someone before... xD
This game is unplayable on high end systems. The text is utterly unreadable with a 4k monitor because it is so small and like so many developers that use peasant hardware the idea of testing or creating a game with scalable text is beyond their ability.

umm.......why would someone waste time to target that 1% and if you are in that % then just get the game and complain directly in Patreon. You might be heard there rather than here.

English is not my native language either but I still agree with all the above comments. I've played loads of VNs with poorly-translated English or AI-translated English, but this one is on a whole different level, it's just super bad, more than half of the sentences make zero sense. I understand that the dev can't speak/write English but it's no excuse at this point, run your damn original text through an online translator such as DeepL and you'll get a much better result, and for FREE.
Right so the fact that Ren'py allows for easy text scaling and this game's text is smaller than most games, exempts the developer from any responsibility, simply because i don't use peasant hardware?
I love how your solution is to buy a game i can't play and complain. That is about as idiotic as telling a person to buy a pair of jeans that don't fit and the person knows they don't fit to complain to the jean company. But then again why should I expect intelligence from some fool on the internet?
