I will focus mostly on the game itself, not on what the developer is doing or better not doing.

Story = It is a good story, season 1 was a lot better, and i will put in details later.

Renders = While some people call some of the models "duck face" i really like them, yeah, some of them have that uncanny valley vibe but in my opinion, overall they are good.

Sound/music = Yeah, almost 4 years and the game still don't have any sound or music.

Animations = Yeah, we have some really good animations, not every single sex scene is animated, but the ones that have is good.

Amount of content = Well, here come the good and the bad, yeah, we have a lot of content, but is a almost 4 years old game, there was a lot of delays, lies, and problems with the developer, if the game have constant updates, we could have 2 times what we have.

Well..if you still reading, here i will enter in details about everything that i feel about the game, just mind that this is my opinion.

The game is overall good, season 1 (until the party at the mc house) is really good, the story is really good, we have answers about everything, we are introduced to every single character that appear on the game, is really good.

Season 2 is where the problems begin to appear, the game itself still kind good, but there is a lot of problems, for example , the developer kind fucked up in telling the story of a lot of characters, the mc just "know" them and is nowhere show how he know them, it look like the game was going to game a full rewrite (season 1) but he changed the idea of doing it and forget about all that, there was not show for example how we know the names of some characters, for example, we always called the coach "harper" and out of nowhere we know her first name, there was no talking about her first name.

Another thing that i really don't like is the boneless mc, yeah, he is a good guy, but for example, when the girls are lost on the woods, and nobody fucking remember to tell the boyfriend where they are going (there one adults there), and they just end drinking and using weed, the mc never said anything to them, he was angry when people talked shit about them (for example ajax), but when comes to that part (and woman in geral), he don't say shit, sometimes he act as an adult, but somes like a child, for example, he choose to sleep than talk to them and say, hey, please don't do that again.

In conclusion, the game is not bad, season 1 is really good, season 2 is more or less, for me season 2 have a lot of problems, look like the developer changed the way that he was thinking, because there is a lot of things that really don't make sense and in my opinion is really bad, look like someone else is doing job, and is not the same developer, the idea is there, but is not the same game.

Started with a promising concept but has started falling apart for me. The premise of a college athlete star gives plenty of room to make a game full of college drama, choices, unique characters and ofc plenty of hot, steamy, sex scenes.

What I'm getting instead, is a painfully average game and a cast full of worshipful, extremely loving and surprisingly vanilla college girls. And it's weird since it seemed to start with distinct personalities for them. The pure waifu vs her bitchy cheerleader sister. The manipulative cougar. The tomboy-ish old friend. The slutty cheerleaders.

Now, everyone reads like the same lovey dovey waifu. All unified, with hearts in their eyes, under the power of MC's dick. Some of them even have their hair changed to signal their transition to the same brunette "good girl" persona. I'm all for a good harem game and this had the potential to become one, but it certainly lacks the spice for me.

Edit: Thought to come back to it after some time. Obviously I shouldn't have because everything that annoyed me in original review is 100 times worse these days. Zero characterization, everyone running around like mindless, adoring drones worshiping God Emperor MC. They even look the same at this point.

It would be a good mind control game where MC is leading an army of mind-wiped drones. But it's supposed to be a game about the life of a college basketball star and his realtionships and in that, it fails miserably.

Excellent game. Iam really looking forward for the next update!
Author seems to be really engaged in it and seems to put so much more work into it then most other games i see. I was so surprised by the content already in the game, especially considering it is not even 3 month old. There are quite a few games who take a full year to coming close to the content in the game.

WVM [Day 1-4 v0.3]
+ girls all look amazing
+ concept: Its nice being a sport star and in university for a change
+ grammar; dialogue seems pretty decent
+scenery; the locations and different kind of girls gives a nice contrast

- some story scenes (spoiler! = the moment where you wake up random is a basement?)
- story; it’s a lot of girls with little story progression, makes it a bit superficial
- (preference) I think Azel is one of the more natural, mature, decent looking woman.
Too bad there is little intimacy as well as little story progression

Overall, I really enjoy this game. I look forward to the next update and I am genuinely interested in the route of this game. Keep up the good work!

Not a fan of harem games but this one is really good. Good story , lovable characters and a confident but not arrogant MC. Also like the trans character would love to see how that story develops. Love the renders too.

I started playing this game with great expectations because of all these reviews and i'm hugely disappointed.

I don't understand how easily people use words like "perfection", "amazing", "speechless" when they review games, but this surely don't deserve those comments. It's an average at best game with silly dialogues, incoherent storytelling and weak characters.

First of, this game is basically a non-consenquences fuckfest of a guy that is perfect at everything, and people giving him stuff and all the ladies want to fuck him. None of the choices really impact the game in a negative way for the MC and he just living his life, waking up - fucking girls - receive praises - go to sleep. There's zero effort!

Pros: I guess the non-incest was a nice touch
Shauna is pretty and the sex scenes not too bad

Cons: MC has no flaws and even when he takes bad decisions, no ones is mad at him.

Dialogues are childish! Basically is "hey, i like you/have a crush on you - wow, i had no idea but i have a girlfriend - i don't mind - i guess it's okay to fuck then"
Every woman wants to fuck him! I bet the dev right now is thinking of new characters to introduce that MC wll fuck in the first 10 seconds of meeting them.

I know it's a game and it's supposed to be fun, but i can't stand the mindless reviews that don't really help to grasp the quality of a game. Someone would believe that this is the new "Being a DIK" or something with all those worshiping reviews! 3 stars and i'm very generous.

By gods this is a good game. So cheery and so well written. Hardly as such a game as a novel with partner choices. But its good. It handles fetishes well too. But the cheery side of the game is what really gets through. Loving caring and happy go lucky, and it works. I like this break from the hyper alpha male that is kind of a prick and rapey.
The renders are pretty good, characters makes sence.
I give it for now max stars, even though Im not a fan of novel kind of games, I prefer actual games. But I cant help being a fan.

This is a neatly little gem of a game. You play a young college freshman that picked an university with a less than perfect basketball team. This is not one of those MC lives with mother and sisters games, partially because MC was adopted and partially because of the nicest part of the game.... the dames!
For starters you have the sweet Jaime , MC's girlfriend, a soup for the soul, then there's Shauna, MC's friend that has a crush on hin... what will the player do ? Will you be loyal x create a poliamori relationship or maybe create the ultimate harem ? The paths are endless...
The art takes some time to get used ( especially the kissing inages) but once you get used to it's non-pretentious nature you can't get enough... maybe there's too much sexy times a bit too soon but the dev manages to balance it by giving each character an unique personality and dynamic while still giving players an emotional story about being human. This game deserves all the attention and support possible..
Warning: the art keeps improving with every update so by the time you read this review, the art might be even better!!!

I was putting off playing this for awhile cause i just had a feeling this story might break me. I am so SO SOOOO Very glad that i was wrong. I am madly in love with all the characters in this story. I really hope that it keeps up in this path of sweet and loving and caring wonderful story with all these beautiful women. The renders are nice. The Animations are pretty decent too. The story is cute and in my opinion the story is well done too. I am really looking forward to more of this sweet and wonderful story. And im excited for the things too come. This is hands down my favorite game currently in development here. Each character is unique and interesting, and gorgeous. But what really sets it apart is how it handles the harem side of your typical porno.
Is it realistic that women would love this guy so much? No. Is it internally consistent within the narrative in the game and thus believable? Holy shit it actually kind of is! Even though the plot is simple - this is more a slice of life kinda story - the characters are so well-written that I honestly just want to see them interact. THIS IS A WELL WRITTEN HAREM STORY

Finally, this game balances the plot, character moments and sex SO WELL. You never really go very long without something sexy happening, but how far it goes varies, so it never feels like too much of one thing.

One tiny con, but this is a personal preference. After plenty of player feedback, the dev dialed down Ethan's dick size from gargantuan to simply really big. Not a huge deal, but I personally like the baseball bat of the first two episodes.

Best game on this site imo. Play it.

aside from me not being crazy about how Jamie's freckles-i got no complaints. i just hope braindrop won't end screw us over by starting off giving us a good game only to abandon it later. aside from that-i don't really have much more to say. I also can't wait to explore more wit MY Shauna.

I stumbled across this game and am glad I did.
Honestly, the renders are really good and I like the story a lot.
It's good to see that an adult game can have a male protagonist that has fun and never forgets his manners. Really refreshing in a way. Maybe he has a bit of a helper syndrome but I don't see anything wrong with it. Hey, it gets him laid, doesn't it? Have to say, his open relationship is something to be desired. Don't we all wish we could be in his shoes? I can't wait for the next update. Keep up the good work, you just gained a Patreon! Happy to support your work.

[As of day 3]
Based on the vast majority of the rewiews, I probably don't need to re-iterate all of the fundamentals that go into making a great VN, except to say that the dev for WVM has successfully laid out fundamentals that meet the standards of the individual best VNs, meeting or exceeding them individually, perhaps in every category. The (begging of a) narrative is perhaps only beat by veqvil's abandoned project (name escapes me at the moment) just because that story was a pretty ingenious and captivating original sci-fi.

I think the overwhelmingly positive reaction is because the story engages with pretty much every element of male romantic/sexual fantasy, you are
-provider
-protector
-emotional rock
-true leader (build up those around instead of belittle and dominate)
-ladies man
-near demi-god of athletisicm, virility and endowment

Because of this and the behavior of the women towards the MC I've seen some say that this is ridiculous and makes no sense, that a near messiah like character is silly. To that I would agree, but that in context with a harem-based "hero" story I don't think there is any other way to explain a harem without coercion, magic powers or bloodlines.

Excited for new releases, and I really hope that success doesn't encourage the dev to rush anything, as great things take time and I wouldn't want him to burnout with the potential this project has like so many others.

Updating review after playing up to day 4 part 6:

This update added some more conflicts to the story. Some pretty serious ones at that as well. I can't help but feel anxious about them, so clearly, the writing is on point. I hope things are worked out in a realistic way but hopefully a good outcome as well? A lot of games throw in terrible, traumatic events simply for shock value. The day was interesting opening the door to possible threesome soon?? Also, most likely figuring out who the mysterious sister is? Day 4 was great!

As always, I am excited to see more. This definitely is the most promising Ren'Py VN currently being worked on.

I also really have come to love how the angles are shot. It is first person looking at really well done faces of the pretty girls. Doesn't really get better than that.

Unbelievable game and I mean that in the best of ways. The quality is absolutely off the charts. In spite of it understandably short considering how new it is, this easily is in my top 5 vns. I can hardly express how excited I am for this to fully finish.

The story is really well done, honestly every character is done great. From what I have played I have yet to notice many (if any) bugs or errors. The renders are so clean and so real and on top of all that, the characters seem believable. It is so rare for all these boxes to be ticked but somehow the devs have done it thus far.

I can only say that I hope the game continues this quality and as I stated earlier, I have trouble expressing how excited I am to see where this goes. I have played so many work in progress vns and I dare say I am most excited for this one.

Easily would recommend to anyone even remotely interested. The mc seems to be far more than a 1 trick pony and the other characters seem to be realistic and have feelings and aren't just walking sluts.
