Tested the mod loader if he/she did not uncompressed the file the only error it gives that it does not find the html file... what is logical... cause if you run something from compressed file then all other components are not found... the mod loader is stand alone jar file...

?i mean im just using windows 10 and it is the first time i'm using the program the only thing that works is the java control panel and yes i downloaded the XCL ZIP file and Extracted it using 7-Zip the mod loader is sitting unmoved from the XCL folder that was created when i did that
also idk what you mean by installed the game it's just an HTML file that i run on my browser

I'm kinda confused here because after the 'Emporium' post a few pages back, I for the first time downloaded a ton of mods (the varies pills, Blacked, Emporium, and the varies Wharf mods) and got them to work quite easily since the Mod Instiller tells you what's missing. And this is with 0.21.6 version of the game still being play-tested.
ya you see i saw that step by step guide thing and the thing is i'm stuck on step one even getting the mod loader to even show up so i also don't know what's wrong that's why i'm asking about java this is just pretty annoying i am glad people are trying to help me tho

One of the early problems I had was I had to reinstall java twice, the first try wasn't version 8. If mod-loader.jar doesn't open, I believe it would be a java problem then. Of course when I downloaded more mods, I deleted my old copy of XCL and unzipped a fresh copy to avoid any issues. My main problem was I didn't downloading varies support mods to the ones I had, but the mod-loader informs one when you load mods into the game to what you're missing.
So my advise is on your first try to keep the mod list light, then go on from there once you get comfortable. Some of the mods do take some time to download, so that's another thing to keep a eye on.

Hi has anyone have cleared the achievements "Strippers on Parade" and "Tainted Products?" I am not sure how to work on it.

Agree! I tested it some days ago for another issue and it runs untouched into my wife's MAC, as it should be. I also run it under Windows 10 without issues like that. So, to start, I'd try it in another PC if you have one. Same thing: Uncompress Game + browser + java. That should be enough.
Not sure about this one but sometimes there are older java installs that keep installed even if you install a new one. Oracle uses to warn you about that for you to uninstall old java first. Current version I have is "Java 8 Update 144" (got from Control Pannel).
By installed game I meant just uncompress the 7z file to its default folder, wherever HD you decide to put it. I suppose the game itself alone is running fine in your browser, right?
As suggested by FamillyDog, start with a small mod.

What I mean is look through the list I saw it there previously. I have not seen any mods not on loverslab. By all means there might be, I have just not seen any. I'm not tripping, I am 100% sure that mod existed (it's an old one yes and i even had it in my game) cmacleod42 even confirmed it, I'm assuming it was removed from Lover's Lab for some reason.

To this game's creator gotta say I love the choice of movies you can buy and watch at home.. You have quite a few of my SciFi and Fantasy favorites. Bladerunner,Excalibur,Indiana Jones and other Cult Classics and the list goes on.. Thank you it helps with immersion too.
