You make the video first and then edit the audio.

It can be either way really. Big Johnson for example, scripts the entire scene for the episodes he’s been doing. The actors give their performances, and he animates around that.

It's always animation first and then sound, not just in this 3D videos stuff. BJ doing it that way is irrevelant.
