Judging by the length, this seems more like a DLC (downloadable content) for the main game rather than a full-fledged sequel. The game itself was too short for a sequel, and the DLC turned out to be somewhat vague and uninteresting.
On the positive side, I want to commend the developers for improving the technical aspects of the sexual content. Compared to the original game, the scenes have improved significantly. It's also worth mentioning the addition of pixelated scenes, which were executed with great attention to detail. While they cannot be skipped or sped up, as some reviewers have mentioned, I personally do not consider this to be a major issue.
Now, let's talk about the main issue - the gameplay. It was strange in the main game, but at least it was there. Here, the gameplay is reduced to a simulation of walking from one location to another. The only exception is a battle with the spirit of a cat-girl. I find this concept much better than the combat system from the first game. However, the issue is that there is only one such battle in the entire DLC and it lasts 3-4 minutes (or a minute if you skip the dialogue).
The plot of the DLC is, to say the least, disappointing. It's not only below average, but rather below third-rate, and extremely dull. The main character decides to begin a relationship with his mother and engage in sexual relations with her throughout the village in order to brighten her loneliness. At the same time, he ponders whether he should continue as a sex exorcist, which seems strange considering that at the conclusion of the main game, he had already embraced this role.
In the final scene, you are offered a choice between staying with your mother in the village or continuing to fight spirits outside the village. However, this decision seems contrived and meaningless. If there had been a villainous protagonist in the first game who needed to be vanquished, then he is not present here. In the original game, sex with the mother was at least logically explained - she was possessed by a demon and the hero had to liberate her through sexual activity. Here, however, it is simply an attempt to initiate a relationship due to her boredom.
Of course, there are some interactions with other characters from the main game in the DLC. However, these interactions are even more boring than the ones with the mother character. I believe they were added in order to extend the already short game's duration.
In conclusion, this DLC is not worth the time investment. The only exception would be if you are a dedicated fan of the original game (which I doubt). If you're only interested in the additional scenes, it might be better to find a save file and view them in a gallery.
