I'm enjoying it. It has some good scenes but you do have to do a bit to get to them. So I would call this a slow burn but it's still enjoyable.

Impregnation only ruins the whole story.
If impregnation, then only in the game's final stage or some dream impregnation.
I don't think the player will be forced.
If the game is only using realistic times (no magic/fantasie for pregnancies), then you have to play over a long timeline to make pregnancy noticeable and you have to do multiple pictures. It is not something you fully implement if your game is building up its basic features.
I hope we get it regardless.

Those who are paying for this game don't play it, it's a waste of time, like me giving money to something that has nothing good, each update is like a version of your new house. If you want to be a builder, go and create a game of architects, scam people.

Since I feel bad about coming here just to write about this nonsense, let me tell you guys that development is going well and that I'm planning to release a beta (ver0.4.5) that includes changes to the intro, a small new task to the very first quest, and most importantly: general gameplay improvements to the navigation system, a new main menu, and other cool QoL features that will come in 0.5.
