It could have gone a lot better/faster if the dev hadn't had the typical dev hubris syndrome : unnecessary sandbox, tedious management mechanics in early versions, I can't imagine the time wasted developing and debugging all this despite the fact that he works alone and a few hours a day in the best of cases.
But it's now too late to change the core + he still doesn't seem to see the elephant in the room when I see additional mechanisms planned like the “horniness meter”, or "sex shop", ect...
It's highly likely that this game will be abandoned before v1.0. It would be a real shame, this game had a lot of potential.

Maybe you can add to the first post that this game/sanbox simulates a more realistic relationship and that the story did not have enough development time to create a lot of sexual relationships. Or something similar.
Hopefully, then there will be fewer angry people and thanks for not quitting because of these angry people.

That's not a bad idea, but I find that's a length that would be depressing to go to. Like in America where they have to label tidepods "do not eat", or to put "do not microwave your dog" in microwave manuals. I feel like your average person can put 2 and 2 together and understand that family members won't be fucking each other at first, and that some story development will be needed to get there. But what do I know.
You are forgetting that a lot of games do not care about realism and most games with sexual content are on top of being unrealistic in most respects. In addition, I would think of at least some people that download from this site as not the most thoughtful people.
And most erotic games do put erotic content at the forefront of development to entice, so a declaration to be a little different is not wrong (my opinion).
Some games did put some kind of warning or declaration under their game description. Maybe you can do this reluctantly. I am not very good at English to give much help to formulate something satisfying.
Grandma's House has big warnings about lack of sex with certain characters. Don't see why you couldn't do something like that.
