I think you misunderstood me. Chyos is working currently on a Imawyn bonus scene (independent of the content poll that decides the .0/.1 releases where she's also part of) and as he said back in 24/1 "Progress on 0.6.0.0" he'll add the remaining intended content for snikka in a later update, potentially in the same manner of the content Imawyn is getting right now (bonus scene).
Try a different mirror or the official one from Subscribestar, I had no issues downloading from there.

I am just a villager, the Bonus Content poll is locked, I can see that it was posted on February 24th, put that is all I can see. So, either I don't know how to work Patreon (quite possible) or you do have to be a mayor level to vote.
