step 1 you secure a background pic to use as a backdrop on your Environment pane....
then you "plunge" your main character and bike in the floor with your ENVIRONMENT's GROUND ON on the render settings
you don't care for the quality for you're going to blur this on photoshop giving the DOF cinematic experience people are after...then render the main object of your focus
and after sharpening it with an action ready made for you by others in Photoshop lastly you merge all your layers and put some finishing touches and you're ready!!! Now we celebrate by posting!!!
