Are there fewer choices? Or does CTRL skip jump over choices? I feel like there were a lot more, but my saves were wiped, so trying to get to new content, but things feel a bit off.

Can't help you there... I deleted all saves before starting to play this update. I couldn't remember the story, so, let's start over.
But there are very little in terms of choices and so far they don't seem to affect any variables or paths, at least nothing that URM detects.

Good luck with your game. For having a fulltime job and of course other responsibilities, you have all my respect to take on this challenge. I'll be honest baki, I don't know if it's that I missed the honeymoon effect, but everyone seems uninteresting to me even Sadie, except Steph and Reina who I still love them both, I hope to see how if they can have a relationship and how they will develop it, it would be childish to think they will have a conventional relationship, but I'm fine with that and I want to see what happens, it looks like Reina wants something with Steph, but she's still afraid.

I did not play the new vers. but the last one you had to deal with multiple dicks. Highly doubt the dev change his mind.
in fact the MC is straight, you can influence her to be bi-curious but not lesbian.

You can turn them down, you cannot avoid seeing dicks. Thus I can hardly consider that a "no dick path"
