Hello, dear Patrons!

A quick progress update here.

Some of you have been wondering where Jeff is going to take Anna and here you can see that it's something special. Also, you can see that it's quite hot and Anna had to lose some parts of her clothing I wonder if other hikers saw it too

The progress of the next release is great. Although I can't release the next chapter mid-month as planned, but I'm doing my best to bring it out in February, so fingers crossed.

So many time to wait. Others intersting projects are also in progress for new update.

Its always so weird that most games which I are similar to AEA and AEA included (which I like the most) always release in similar time frames so it’s like several months nothing then maybe one update, then nothing again and then a hole bunch around the same time. Late feb/early March quite a bunch get an update

I think it's been almost what? 4 years since that update where Anna and Emily get fucked on barstools side by side? Considering that the Bar is my favorite storyline, safe to say I've been waiting a while for Emily's visit. Fingers crossed that it delivers

Ditto re the bar storyline, but for me I'd prefer Anna's scenes to be solo, or maybe with Rebecca?

For a side-character, I think Emily has had far too much content already.

Good point personally still hope it’s the weekend before that. And speculated timeframe (not at home and playing during that time so I hope it’s this weekend also don’t forget most of the time nowadays updates aren’t shared immediately here so I guess most of us will play it early next week)

I've spent quite some time and tried to compile all the wallpapers. A few are missing or not in HD, I'd be thankful if someone could share those to complete the collection.

- August 2018 - not in HD

Only the monthly wallpapers are included, I believe DeepSleep started making monthly wallpapers from March 2018. And where available, I have chosen to save the higher resolution image.

I honestly can’t imagine anyone disliking Anna, especially in Chapter 1; it was a true masterpiece!
Hopefully, Deep can remake it someday and add even more animations!

I think the chance of him remaking Chapter 1 is extremely low. Since he'll likely move on to another project, when he eventually finishes this game. And I can't see him making, what would be an extremely unpopular move, of delaying Chapter 2 or 3 for an extended period, to remaster Chapter 1.

Chapter 1 is done and dusted and doesn't need an update. If it really is a masterpiece, why is a remake required at all?

The last thing we need is yet another dev doing yet another pointless and totally unnecessary remake.

If it does happen, I for one would not pledge again until the remake was finished.

That’s a fair point, and I get where you're coming from.
I agree that remastering Chapter 1 should only happen after the game is finished, if at all.
I just think it would be great to see it updated someday, since it’s such an important part of the game’s history.
But yeah, Deep probably has his own plans, and I respect that.
Either way, I’m looking forward to seeing where things go from here!

Well, let me explain it from a completely different angle. Since I play Anna completely differently than 99.9% of the players, I have a very clear view of the actual story. If I had to estimate, I would say that about 1/3 of the story has been told. Considering that we are almost at the end of Chapter 2, I can say that Anna's development is still not complete. This VN is an extremely "slow burner"! Ergo, Deep will delight us with many more updates.

Another reason is the fact that Chapter 1 was originally written in RPGM format and Chapter 2 in Ren'Py. Since both are not compatible in terms of saves, there are a total of 12 questions in Chapter 2 about how you would like to set up Anna. There are other settings in Chapter 2, but they have nothing to do with Chapter 1. Since my Anna only develops in Chapter 2, Chapter 1 is uninteresting for me and nothing more than "nice to know".

What I'm getting at is that I doubt that Deep would even consider redesigning Chapter 1. Because Deep would also have to lend a hand in Chapter 2, because the 12 questions mentioned above would also have to be removed.
