Every time I talk to this guy, I lose 2 coins even before choosing anything, is this normal?

I'm interacting with them and they're not snaking my Mysterious Coins.

I've only purchased one card from them so far.

Did you by chance choose the "little shit" response when interacting with them ever? Wondering if you did so if maybe that is leading to it?

Or do you possess a crapton of Mysterious Coins? Maybe if you own a lot of them, they take some? Just throwing out guesses here.

I think it could be that, I don't get any of mine snaked either never used the "little shit" response. I don't think having a lot of coins has anything to do with it in 2.4 I used poor mans debug and put 100 coins into my inventory and never lost any by talking to him I haven't purchased anything either like 2 cards they all carried over to 3.0 and I'm still not losing any

I don't think it's supposed to be like this, for example when I try to build the next floor, the game takes all 30 stones right before I click 'build', and if I only have 30 stones in the inventory it will fail when I click build due to lack of materials (Needs 30 stones).

I don't remember about it and I can't check it anymore since I deleted the game saves waiting for a new version with bug fixes, but I don't think that would be the problem, since something similar happened on other occasions as I mentioned in my other comment.

Anyway, other members reported the same problem, so it's a known bug, and since I already deleted my saves, I won't worry about it now.

Honestly, that's been happening to me for a long time, when I visit he takes a coin.
I only have 1 or 2 coins. I haven't modified the game in any way OTHER than using Unren to fix the undo function.
I've gotten used to it and just save b4 visiting the Mysterious Trader.
It may not even be happening w the current update, I didn't pay attention.

So to heal Alice, it says that Antidote, Healing, or Greater Healing will work.

I'm not interested in buying antibiotics or antidote (if offered by any merchants,) I'm only interested in obtaining any one of the three aforementioned cards.

Anyone have an idea which enemies in which sections of the map offer these three cards as possible rewards after defeating them?

Yeah, I'm asking over on the Discord site how to get some cards seeing as how so many are so difficult to acquire now compared to 3 years ago. I remember acquiring the Antidote card fairly easily before. Now I haven't come across it either.

The only "healing" card I can find is Regrow Limbs, but I don't know if regeneration will help Alice. Maybe if you upgrade Regrow Limbs to three stars first it might help Alice, since you can chose healing as an option for the last upgrade.
