This is one of the biggest point of why I'm pushing so hard against the idea of DPC finishing the game this soon. I would think we would at least have 1 year of game time, we barely had any time passes in game.

Well, there are theories that she's (Madame that is) is the biological mother of Sage. Although the only reason why that could be so that I found reasonable is that's where Sage got her hate/disdain against strippers. Other than that is farfetched or just a coincidence (like how they both hold their hand the same way during Sage's romantic dinner if you also accepted Madame.
