It could be that James's grave is the one next to Lana's and Bella's still in denial after all those years. I know she said he has only been gone for a few years, but if the unnnamed grave is his, it's very unusual that his grave would be next to Lana's in what seems to be a public graveyard. Then again, you would thhink that after about 10 years or so (which I guess the game place takes place after Lana's death), Bella would be over it.

MC said the first time he kissed Bella in the library, that if he knew the real reason why Bella was acting so strange and the real reason why she cried when they kissed, he wouldn't have kissed her, he would've called for help.
I think it's about something more than a miscarriage and a nursery, MC wouldn't have reacted so radically if that were the case. But who knows, maybe DPC just undermining our expectations.

This makes me wonder if MC will call for psychological help for Bella now or not. In my opinion, it's just the DPC trying to sell it as something impactful. Bella must be better psychologically speaking than the MC at this point.
