Ok, let's for the sake of argument say that MC decides to tell her that. What are the possible outcomes of that discussion?

1- Sage tells MC I told you so and that's that. She thanks him for being honest and nothing else happens, putting the problem to rest.

2- Sage gets mad and SUPER jealous know. She gets even more insecure about her whole relationship with MC and drama ensues.

3- Sage blows a fucking gasket and makes an ultimatum to MC to stop seein Zoey once and for all. MC may or may not comply probably damaging the relationship beyond repair.

Why would MC need to tell her when the best outcome won't change absolutely nothing for them as a couple? There is no upside on hurting her with that info.

I can't believe that it needs to be said that this is a complete different matter than the Jade issue or even the restaurant issue. Zoey's confession to MC was a private matter between them and if he rejects her it's up to them if it should stay between them and MC and his partner gains absolutely nothing and stands to lose more (the same goes for every MG path, not just Sage) if they just put the matter to rest. Remember that Zoey confessed due to Brent egged her to do so because it was better than thinking about "what could've been" and there is no way thah unless one of them speak about it someone will find out so it's not a "ticking bomb" topic like Jade or the restaurant stuff.

The only way of Sage(or any main girl) finding out would be for Zoey to tell about it which why the hell would she do that? She stands to lose more than just her friendship with MC if she went ahead and did that.

MC doesn't seem to be that good with faces when a mask covers it (even just a little) and he rarely speaks to them. Cinderella is proof of that, considering he didn't seem to immediately recognize her from science class until the table scene.

Chances are quite likely he didn't even recognize Madame Rose without her mask, if he saw her walging past at all.

He has a problem telling Sage he loves her if he slept with Jade. That "gnaws" on the MC's conscience.
He has no problem telling Sage he loves her if he only rejects Zoey regardless of what degree of rejection (auto or choice.) Therefore, no, Zoey does not gnaw on MC's conscience. And why would it?

He even says it to the narrative in his room/window that Zoey is in his past (or words to that effect).

We do know however that Tremolo wants (when it comes to Sage) to keep his secrets despite it gnawing on his conscience. Imo it's best to just rip the band-aid off while the relationship is still fresh and the secret is recent, rather than hoping it will never come out (and trust me, sooner or later almost every secret will somehow come out).

If Zoey decides she doesn't want to continue being friends with Tremolo, telling Sage a couple days later won't affect his relationship with Sage much. And if Zoey wants to continue to be friends with Tremolo, then the three of them can sit down & come up with a understanding that works for them.

Oh, back to the Jade Stephen divorce debacle in the scene with Jade and Cathy in the bar chatting Jade tells Cathy if there was some way to find out about Stephen cheating, I'd take him to the cleaners, or some shit and she gives Cathy a somewhat wicked smile so if you're not on a Jade route she might get Cathy to help her set up Stephen or if you're on the Jade route maybe MC helps out in some way I still say that the picture that Tybalt got has something to do with Stephen because he gets the pic regardless of route you're on so the only constant would be Stephen being recorded fucking one of the restaurant girls in the prep mansion or Tybalt getting in some fruit time.

Men and women who date do not want to learn about each others exploits. That's stupid, counter productive, and either is used for comedic and horror-story reasons, or will simply end in failure. Women do this with other women, and men with men to let off steam. Not to bond or tell your potential significant other how attractive you are. That's egotistical showboating that no one wants to hear.

And Sage always has competition. She's gorgeous.

Telling Sage about Zoey's confession is irrelevant, useless, and not important to either character, their relationship, or plot development. Via the phone call, Sage's concern for Zoey is over. It's unnecessary drama because you think "we should share everything" and "honesty is a big part of Sage's character."

If DPC wants melodrama, it could certainly happen. But it will just be a silly speed bump in the story. Now, the Jade issue actually impacts MC, and it makes little sense that he hasn't brought it up, when he is serious about Sage.

There is no "Zoey confession conflict" with Sage.

You're making assumptions. Nobody knew about Heather & Tremolo but them. Had Heather not had sex with Nick, there was no indication that Tremolo felt any guilt about keeping Tommy in the dark about Heather. He didn't find out Heather had sex with Nick until Thanksgiving. That's a month operating as if nothing happened. He even knew Heather was going to tell Tommy & he didn't go to Tommy first to confess.

Aside from telling Derek, he has kept his situation with Jade to himself for months now. And aside from one indication early, he had no problem sleeping with Sage until Christmas. Maybe he tells Sage in the next episode. This situation has not happened.

Tremolo sends Zoey the friends text regardless of your status with any love interest. To this point he has shown no indication that her confession is eating away at his conscience. And until we get more information, it is not.
