The story would fit a small serie yeah and without the need for so much sex scenes we could focus on the characters a lot more which is the strong point of the game anyways.

True. I believe that if you're not on any route, the only "sex scenes" you really get is the Maya-teasing and the cum-petition following back to back. All others are optional (not counting the interlude).

The real question is who would be the main love interest in the series? I imagine it would be Sage or Jill with Sage being the more likelier due to her proximity to the diks and her Chad storyline opening up a whole lgbtq storyline which would be appealing nowadays.

Not necessarily. Just like in the game, they could just swap between characters for the plot twists. Also there are still a lot of jokes left. There have already been many anime (both hentai and non-hentai) based on AVNs and usually they're pretty decent on the jokes department.
Yes, she's my favorite and among many users here, but I don't know how much of a favorite she is outside of F95. Heavily tattooed and pierced girls usually aren't that popular among the masses.
