Why Maya? Just curious.

I would say, out of all the MGs, she fits the best with our MC's personality, general sense of comedy, and intelligence. She's not as naive as Jill (Jill's old sister would totally hit it off with our MC), not as much as a party goer as Sage, not as mature as Bella, and as of Episode 11, not as insecure as Josy. Their two dates felt about right, their flirting made perhaps the most sense (minus the whole co-ed bunking together), and she's not super kinky or super boring. Whereas Bella and Sage are "lust central", I find Maya this nice, temperate level of companionship, caring, and sensuality for each other (she picked up on the MC stockings fetish).

Even when not on her route, during the couch scene at the start of Episode 11 regardless of getting the contract, while Bella and Jill watched, she was held close by MC, and with his arm around her like it was totally normal.

Just started DLing the latest update, and to my horror I just found out that I have to literally start from the beginning again. My other laptop that I previously had everything on and even tried saving to a flash drive apparently never saved. Oh well, at least it gives me a refresher on the game, although I already know which paths I want to keep. Lily/Nicole (Others-Chick), Sage, Josy & Maya (Chick), Sage and Others (Dik). Unfortunately can't remember which ones work on Neutral path.

If you don't want to keep starting over from the beginning every time, use URM and console commands they're a lot better than using the mods IMO now don't forget to delete all the files in your users/*/roaming/badik folder and the persistent save in your game main game folder as well if not, you'll have to start over again whenever ep12 comes out.

grarg basically hit all the high points. But she's hot, funny, caring, emotionally mature, adventurous(i love her remote vibe scene), she's got that complete girlfriend package of being your best friend and lover at the same time. Yes she has problems, but in my book that's no reason to look down on someone. She has flaws but nothing serious beyond potential genetic disorder. Definitely my favorite LI overall no contest.

Is it really though? Something that bugs be about Josy and Maya love declarations. If they were so in love, why not include MC in their aside conversation at the end of the episode? If he's got such a hold on their hearts, wouldn't they want him to be there for that? Seems a bit strange and quite frustrating to me.

Because that conversation was about the issues Maya and Josy were specifically having with their part of the relationship.

Remember, the throuple is comprised of three relationships. Maya/MC and Josy/MC are going just fine in the love triangle, it's basically what's holding them all together (the foundation). Maya/Josy is what might bring it all crumbling down. It's like in Episode 8 when MC wants them to spend the night in his room alone so they can deal with their issues. If things are reaching a point of no return, that's when the three of them sit down to talk it all out.
