I do wonder what she talked about with Maya in episode 7. The only things I believe we know they talked about were:

"That it's hard for you to talk about these sorts of things. Relationships, family, problems..."

and

my "Like, the one with your ex-boyfriend sleeping with one of your friends, that happens a lot, I think."
sa "It's a failure to me. Being abandoned like that... I think that's what's embarrassing."

However, unless she talks about another boyfriend, at this point she can't know who Chad is sleeping with.

I also wonder if some of those issues will come to haunt her and Tremolo's relationship when you're on her path.

i lost , sadly, inerest in this one cuz it's impossible to me to choose only 1 girl...i choosed Bella cuz i like her so much, but sage, jill and mother of sage and the strippers are so fun to be with and so gorgeous that it's a pain not be with them...there is no patrh where we can be with who we want without committing right? and of course i lost interest for the abnormal and unacceptable long time bwtween releases

I can't remember what scene you talk about when they talk? or it was that time she ask you about Maya throw phone texting?

You can just make multiple saves running different paths, it takes more than one play through to see everything in this game

Yeah, "just" afterwards. At the end of episode 7, when she tries to let Maya open up towards her because she wants to help her with her problems and also wants to understand the reasoning why she didn't join the HOTs after being clearing their Hell Week.

I think she wasn't talk a lot about herself and was just listening Maya to learn her story. Actually she develope friendship with Jill much faster if you think about that. So maybe she want help but still don't see Maya as big friend to herself, so no reason to share personal stuff with her.

I'm still trying to find an answer to this. I just had another choice skipped, I just found out that you are only supposed to be able to get Mel or Sarah's scene, not both, but the mod just automatically has them both go. I didn't even know I was supposed to only get one or the other until I saw someone post about it. I enjoy the things like money cheats because I don't play with minigames, but I don't want consequences like this or Nicole/Nora to be skipped. So is there a way to stop the mod from doing that?

He still feel guilty and afraid for his friendship with Sage. Not that heavy like on her path, but still guilty.
