anyone else experiencing the same issue of the game starting with lisa and kira with asterix with no clear route forward?

On my 1st save I allowed him to visit he "came"
a few times as of now (I kept on interrupting them every chance I had), but still no new hints.On my 2nd save I got to the same point and disallowed his visits and got stuck at the same exact spot

I've started a new game, but got stuck at the same exact moment. I'm giving up. Sorry, but there are other games.

I would seriously dispute that claim, there's a version out there that focuses on Eric and NTR and that seems quite healthy, Glamour however which had no Eric was an unfocussed mess now abandoned. I mean how do you imagine this is going to work
Day 1 move in
Day 2 Anne meets Eric
Day 4 Anne invites Eric over
Day 5 MC meets Eric and kills him in front of the family for no reason other than he might have sex with his mum then the rest of the game is Max on the run for murder?
I suggest your premise though it might be how you want it to work doesn't fit with the subtle corruprion and power exchange theme in the game.
A hated character isn't a bad thing think Joffrey in game of thrones there was a genuine sense of catharsis when he died and it span out a new section of the story, if he fell off a horse before leaving Winterfell no one would remember him.
Beating Eric is a highlight and opens up the path to one of your goals. if it occurs too early then the narrative point is lost.
By the time you beat Eric usually
You know Kiras job and she will have lost it or be about to lose it
You have significant progress and influence with Lisa and/or Alice that is now easier to progress
You know Alices webcam antics
You'll have (probably) had shared scenes with Ann so she thinks of you sexually
Then you get rid of Eric
Removing Eric triggers the loss of Anns job so the household income is Alice Webcam, Kira Porn and your voyeur cams
As this all comes out Anns token resistance to moving to porn is overcome and you move into a new phase in the game.
If Eric is out of the picture before some ideally all of these elements are in place then it's a different story.
Also in this version you are low key trying to steal some of Erics wives as well as Ann so keeping Erik around until the wives will stay around for you seems like a plan.
If you want an Eric dies early game then make it (I have an Eric backstory game planned I'll probably not get time to make before I retire but that's another story (or given there's BBAS maybe another another story)
Eric will go, you know it's coming all you are being is impatient but if the story is going to work give it some room and let it work, otherwise go give Glamour, Man of the House or any of a dozen others that might work better for you a try.

try it in VN mode as that should work straight through and will maybe give you a hint as to what you've missed or not yet done

With sandbox games it rarely helps just to say "i'm stuck, nothing is triggering", because events depend on multiple factors and your order of triggering them does not necessarily match other people's (devs are people too
) order of triggering events. One of the best ways to get help is to just post a save, so I can load it in debug mode and see what's stuck and if I can fix it.

True.
People need to understand that this is a game, not some sort of a "wham-bam-thank you ma'am" pornhub scene. There needs to be at least some challenge in games.

There is a famous quote that's often misattributed to Einstein that says "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Well, take that whoever said it - I did the same thing by posting again a poll between Alice and Kate quest and Lisa's sex-ed and got a different result! This time both polls ended hugely in favor of Lisa, so this is what I'll be adding as a secondary quest in 0.11
As with the original game, I'll get Kira involved in it, but I don't intend to just mirror the original. I'll try to expand it by involving the other characters like Karen, Olivia, etc. in the future updates. For 0.11 it will be just Kira though since I want to keep a tight release schedule.
Speaking of which, I plan to get 0.11 done by mid-June and currently I'm done with Karen's scene which will be a part of the main quest for 0.11. The total number of frames rendered for that scene's animations is a whooping 6150 images (yeah, you've read that right - six thousand one hundred and fifty) and I've been rendering those around the clock for more than a week.
