Right now you can decide whether or not you want him to come over, so Ann will go visit him and he'll still be involved in the story but you won't see him fucking her.
It's still too early in the game to get rid of him completely.
Why? People who likes ntr-cuckold or shit like that would take the option to keep Eric and let him fucking the girls while people who doesn't like that shit can enjoy their game without that motherfucker. Where is the harm?
