My question is, does sex ever happen in this game. I have sunk hours into this already and dream sequences are basically everything thats happened. After weeks in game you get to feel some boobs. Yay. Days go by with only a single available action for the entire day. One objective at a time, days and days at a time and it results in "you get to kiss Lisa"....Okay. I'm down for slow burn games but is this going anywhere? Anybody?

In the current version of the game there are scenes where the MC has actual sex with:
- Kira
- Olivia (Lisa's alien friend)
- Zenta (Olivia's mother and Eric's third wife)
- the original game's models of Ann, Alice and Lisa (shapeshifting aliens that took the form of humans)
- Zoe (Eric's second wife)

Alice's scenes have pretty much everything but sex (fj, hj, bj, pussy eating)

Lisa's scenes are still limited to voyeur

Ann's scenes are dependent on your choice about Eric. If you allow him to come over, you get to take part in some of them (no sex though), otherwise it's still mostly voyeur stuff

All of these are dependent on your progression in the story. Just clicking the clock icon will not trigger story events since days in the game mean nothing but different schedules for the girls over the weekend. Open the character screen and check the hints for the characters that have (*) next to their name.
