Use the config menu to enable debug. On the Limping Duck screen, open the debug menu and find the variable for skill points. I can't remember the name, but it has "skillpoints" in it. Then just type in a high number of points.

you need to go discord to get the henry patch steam don't allow that kind of genre that's why its removed

There's a way to unlock all scenes in the debug, too. I can't remember where it is.

ETA: It's on the title screen.
