2 Try disabling cheats from the start.

I didn't do anything it was working fine before I update it + I tried new file without any old save still same error note I can't go to option to disable the cheats because the game give me this error before I can join a new game or load a save

Maybe you applied the wrong patch, the EX patch its for the EX version from Patreon, you have to apply the other.
