I am sure there are walkthroughs to get every girl but the thing I am curious about is: Can I play it without getting lost? I mean is walkthrough necessary for even a normal gameplay without the purpose of getting every girl?

You can get a quick game over if you're being way too pervy in the beginning (don't worry it's really obvious), but aside from that play as you see fit, you'll reach the end of episode 12 no matter what.

i had 4 endings so far, one ending with mom + both sisters, 1 with only mom, one with only eone of either sisters, and the bad ending with mom and aunt as sex slaves and you have to watch..
Is there a scene with mom and doctor???(sex scene) Or another male character except book publisher?

Is there any way to get more save slots for this game? I tried downloading a second copy, but it stills reads the save files from my original copy despite being in a different folder. Is there somewhere I could put it where it wouldn't read those save files so I could save more without overwriting the saves I already have?

Ren'Py creates saves in two folders; one from inside the game's folder, and this one:

Oh, right. See the naming scheme of the saves? They look like "1-1.save", "1-2.save", "1-3.save", or something similar etc.?
The first number indicates what page that save is located in. The second number (1 to 6) indicates what number of that page the save is saved to. So if you want to move them to a different save slot then simply edit those numbers accordingly. I think by default Ren'py has 99 pages of saves you can store, I'm not certain about that though.
If you just want to move them away from the game without deleting the files then I guess you can just cut and paste it to a different location on your hard drive?
Interesting, when I get into the AppData folder there is only a folder titled "Local" and not one for roaming, any idea why that would be?

Whelp, you can always try opening it through the run program.
Press the Windows key, type "run", hit enter, type "%appdata%", hit enter; then you should be in your roaming folder.
depends on which ending you want. the game does not let you get lost, but lets you CHOOSE your own adventure. this means that your choices have consequences. You decide to watch porn with your mother has an effect, you deciding to go all out on your sister because she was doing something has a consequence. So you will be able to move from chapter 1 to chapter 12 just fine without any walkthrough or experience. Now if you want a specific outcome, you will have to explore and test things and see what you can or use a walkthrough. just don't get upset when things don't end up how you want it to be, the game isn't bad because of the fact that you made wrong choices where as that actually makes the game good because you are not pigeon holed into one specific thing through out like in some other games. look at the game Sword of Fargoal, 1980's game that let you be an adventurer in a dungeon looking for the fabled sword. you either find it or decide to loot things all the way till you die. if you find it you must get out to win. not much of a choice really, this game gives you the chance to explore situations and enjoy some porn as well.
I shouldn't play the Big Brother as one of my first adult games. 
It's story was really convincing for an adult game that I can't enjoy other games now.
Because, now I am in a situation where I can't care about other games storylines. I mean of course it is a fantasy world but I am bored of ''so much fantasy'' that it is not beliveable anymore. I just cut the watching porn because of it. It is too easy and it just happens so quickly that, it doesn't satify anymore. In this game too: ''Dreams of Desire'' part happened just at the beginning at after coming here from Big Brother; it is just not satisfying to see action.
I don't want my little sister seeing my penis for the first time and going like ''I think I like it''. No, you shouldn't! I am your brother and you should be freak out at first like Lisa yelled at the begining of Big Brother. And even in Milfycity, mothers thinking about their sons' cock at the first steps of the game is not my cup of tea and sounds too ridiculous to me honestly.
That's is just one example of why I don't find much desire to go back and continue the game. It may sound ridiculous to some of you but that's just my two cents.

just when I try to unzip it, it says: "there was a problem while reading the contents of this file: the data is corrupted." anyways, I downloaded the skunked one for mac and I think I'm fine now. it's all good, I think.

Renpy games actually have near unlimited save slots, while saving you can use the arrow in the bottom right to go to a new page for your saves. There are at least 99 pages with 6 slots each, that should be enough.
