The second Tracy was created by her to protect herself from the shit happening to her. Kinda like a seperate personality that could handle things at the cost of being a massive bitch.

As for your ending, look at the walkthrough and you'll see that there are choices you could have made that would have resulted in a much nicer ending.

I defeated that order stuff and after that mom and Alice became upset and broke our relationship , is that correct ? Or I took some wrong choices that took my game to this....

There is only one scene with the instructor and the Mother, near the beginning of the game, when the MC is to bring the things to the Mother where the yoga is, that is the scene where the instructor is touching the Mother.
Later in the game there are no yoga scenes shown, but it is said that the mother goes on there, which means that she probably likes attentions ... although the MC seems to give her attention enough.

As for that conversation in the pictures, what I gave is when MC aunt visits your house and "you eat breakfast" while your aunt does MC footjoob and alice bj.

I think Mother MC goes to yoga in the game for some time, I don't know exactly if she can be groped by this instructor, since there are no further yoga scenes shown later. But.. probably if she's going there, if she didn't like it, she would have stopped going since the instructor is an asshole and is groping women.

But later in the game, I think she stopped going to yoga and did it at home, and actually became more attached to MC. But the very fact that she liked to go to yoga and let this instructor grope her bothers me because I like MC Mother very much.

Too bad it was impossible to have a relationship with Markus' mother, a nice milf. (I know that it was possible when the spell was cast, but then the ending was bad)
