This is what he said yesterday in Discord: "There's no specific time for release. I had to give one to Steam down to the hour, but that's about it. I think sometime in the afternoon would be best. There will be a couple hours of difference between the steam and patreon release, I can say that much for sure. I think handling one release at a time would be best."
And this is what he said today: "Size 5.6 gigs. No set hour. What it displays on Steam is just an approximate, although I'm happy to report that only a handful of small bugs were discovered, which I'm fixing now. Those are only consist of adjusting a few lines of code, like an image having the wrong name in the code. Nothing major."
So no exact time set for the release, although it will be today.
And since so many people are always talking about the sequel for DoD, this is what he had to say about that: "I've thought about a sequel, but IF that ever happens, it will be far into the future. First I have to focus on Midnight Paradise, and when that's done, I'm sure I'll be developing a shorter game first."
