The guide shows how to get six endings, but there is an additional ending called 'alternate ending' not depicted in the chart, hence the "seventh ending" part.
If you want to see it go for the perfect ending and enable the alternate ending within the game's options menu. The respective option is conveniently named and impossible to miss.
You will need version 1.0.3 of the game. All other versions only have six endings.

Hey people, any tutorials here about how to use cheats? I did everything right with Tracy, using the walkthrough, but she still die.
Okay people if someone followed the walkthrough and Tracy still dies - you have to know that at 14 day you have to sneak out of bath and don't be catched by Tracy. I replayed this and all becomes good - she is alive.

I just finished my first play through on this and it is an amazing game. I love that there are alternate paths to be taken and will have to go through it again a few times. Everything was very well done, except the grammar and those were generally minor. Right now this is my favorite game on the site. Now that I have played it I will look at the walk through and see what could be done different. Oh and Tracy is my favorite girl in there with Alice a close second
