Basically just like jmcronshaw said. Over 400 animations added, polished up the endings, added some new scenes to make more H-content for after endings and some to middle of the game, translation to multiple languages and then going to Steam.
He will add them if you go back a few pages and see the animation sample it has sound effects

It's ok animating all the scenes is already a big task, he is doing a lot of work already actually it's impressive how he can animate all the scenes in such short time. So sounds effects or not, It's not important. The animations are awesome of course I don't mind sound effects if he wants to add them sometime later,but right now it's not mandatory.Also thanks for asking

it's not sure as he said he cant hit the march release date as there is still a lot of work to be done so the sound effects probably are going to be out for now maybe he adds them later
Marcus doesn't affect Tracy, only thing that Marcus affects is the harem ending. And only thing that impacts Tracy's faith are the trust points and that's why it sounds pretty odd if you got full 7 trust points and she died, because she should be alive even if you get just 6 trust points.
That's what had me confused. I know I screwed up Marcus with using the spell on his mom but I don't know how I screwed up Tracy. I followed the walkthrough using options that gained her trust but she still ended up dead. I have to go threw the game again to try to get the perfect ending so I'll have to take a closer look and hope that she'll live.

I believe the two biggest important decisions with Tracy are tell her the truth about manipulating her mind and visit her during the dream phase.
