Ah, but there is. If you get the perfect ending there's a menu option to turn on an alternate ending. See below:

Not sure if this is a rant or you're complaining againts yourself for your own choice but you can dress her conservatively and that's the end of the problem. It doesn't makes any sense to complain about a scene that you could avoid and you got for your own choices.

What are you using to extract it? Update that to the latest version.
