One question, is there any way to deactivate the incest patch? Since it's auto-patched to incest, I tried to install the "zzkill" file and remove it so it could uninstall these "mom" and "sis" names, but it doesn't work overall, also beware I'm using the gallery unlocker.

Any help?

Just finished, what an amazing game. Shit though I was sad getting the mom while I wanted the Tracy ending.. She is the best grill. Now I have a questions ;
At the ending I saw a scene where a guy was in like a prison cell or something and another guard like character talked a bit. Is that scene a easter egg to new game or something, what is that?

It's the game's cliffhanger ending showing that your dad is indeed alive and not dead as presumed. No sequel has been announced yet but this could potentially lead to one.
