It is the same, in my opinion, the pleasure of the taboo is lost if the mother is unconscious. And if she wakes up only in the end, it's not worth playing this game.

The dream magic stuff is merely how you get the ball rolling. There are about 10 sex scenes with the mom where she is awake and in control of her own mind.
